Zudem sind die Baugruppen nur einem sehr geringen Stress w\u00e4hrend des Trennverfahrens ausgesetzt. Die hohe Trenngenauigkeit bietet einen weiteren Vorteil. Eine vorher eingebrachte V-Nut in der Leiterplatte dient dabei als F\u00fchrung.
