Romanian Traceability - securely into the future
Electronic assemblies often consist of hundreds of components. Just one faulty part can lead to massive disruptions and malfunctions, and in extreme cases even to complete system failure. Under certain circumstances, this can have dire consequences, not just of a financial nature.
Product safety and responsibility are inextricably linked with the concept of traceability, especially in our industry. The complete traceability of all installed parts as well as the mapping of the entire production process must still be possible even after many years. Our modern traceability system allows us to seamlessly trace and identify manufactured products. This happens along the entire supply chain, right down to the individual component.
Traceability even at goods inwards
The foundations for this are laid as early as the goods inwards department with a fully automatic incoming goods inspection. All information is recorded by means of a scanning system (from Modi), processed and stored in the goods management system. A unique ID in data matrix format is generated for each packaging unit. By linking the incoming goods system and the individual SMT lines with our SAP goods management system, seamless traceability is guaranteed at all times. Even after many years, all the information you need is available quickly and reliably.
