Zus\u00e4tzlich w\u00fcrdigte der Wissenschaftsjournalist am heutigen Freitag die Leistungen der diesj\u00e4hrigen TOP 100-Unternehmen auf einer gemeinsamen Onlinekonferenz. Anlass war das urspr\u00fcnglich als Pr\u00e4senzveranstaltung vorgesehene TOP 100-Finale. Ranga Yogeshwar begleitet als Mentor den zum 28. Mal ausgetragenen Innovationswettbewerb. In dem wissenschaftlichen Auswahlverfahren beeindruckte TECTRON WORBIS in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfenklasse B (51 bis 200 Mitarbeiter) besonders in den Kategorien \u201eInnovationsklima\u201c und \u201eAu\u00dfenorientierung\/Open Innovation\u201c.<\/b><\/p><p>In dem anl\u00e4sslich der Auszeichnung ver\u00f6ffentlichten TOP 100-Unternehmens-portr\u00e4t hei\u00dft es (Auszug):<\/p><p>Die Hightech-Bauteile des Elektronikherstellers sind in den verschiedensten Branchen gefragt \u2013 ob in der Medizintechnik, der Automobilbranche oder in der Umwelttechnik. \u201eAlleine k\u00f6nnten wir all diese Felder gar nicht abdecken. Deshalb entwickeln wir immer gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden und achten darauf, dass unsere Belange bereits bei der Konstruktion und der Entwicklung einflie\u00dfen\u201c, sagt Erich Schulte, der Vorsitzende des Unternehmensbeirats, zur Au\u00dfenorientierung in der Innovationsarbeit.<\/p><p>Auch im Unternehmen selbst ist stetiges Mitdenken und Verbessern gefragt, kein reines Abarbeiten.
